All download sales are final. if you have a problem downloading your paid order please contact tech support via email support@stevelevine.co.uk. 

We will endevour to respond to all support queries within 48 hours.

We will replace any defective CD/DVD immediately at our cost. However we cannot accept CD/DVD returns for any other reason. 

Please check  the suitability  &  compatibility of the product/samples/loops you are ordering.

If you have a defective CD/DVD please email support@stevelevine.co.uk  for a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA). Packages without an RMA will not be accepted.
